We operate across three integrated divisions: IT & Development (custom software, workflow automation, AI integrations), Audiovisual (projection mapping, interactive installations, live event production), and Media Production (music production, video editing, 3D visualization). The real power is when projects span multiple divisions—we handle everything under one roof.

Start with the problem you're trying to solve, not the technology. During our discovery call, we'll help identify the right approach. Many projects benefit from multiple divisions working together—for example, a product launch might need a custom web app (IT), a launch event with projection mapping (AV), and a promo video (Media).

Fill out our Request for Quote form or email us at info@framewerk.tech. We'll schedule a 15-30 minute discovery call to understand your project, timeline, and goals. From there, we'll provide a proposal with clear scope, timeline, and pricing. No pressure, just conversation.

Every project follows four phases: (1) Discovery—we dig into your goals, constraints, and success criteria. (2) Planning—we define scope, create timelines, and set milestones. (3) Execution—iterative development with regular check-ins and demos. (4) Delivery—final review, handoff, training if needed, and ongoing support options.

You'll have direct access to your project lead—no account managers or middlemen. We typically use a shared Slack channel or your preferred platform, with weekly status updates and milestone demos. For larger projects, we use ClickUp for task tracking so you always know where things stand.

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with in-house teams, other agencies, and third-party vendors. We're flexible with tools and workflows—if you have existing systems or processes, we'll adapt to fit rather than forcing you into ours.

It depends on scope. A simple automation workflow might take 1-2 weeks. A custom internal app could be 4-8 weeks. A full projection mapping installation with custom content might be 2-3 months. We'll give you a realistic timeline during the proposal phase—we'd rather set accurate expectations than overpromise.

We primarily work on fixed-price projects with clear deliverables and milestones. This protects both of us—you know exactly what you're paying, and we know exactly what we're building. For ongoing work or less-defined projects, we offer retainer arrangements with monthly hours.

Projects generally range from $5,000 for smaller automation or media projects to $50,000+ for large-scale custom software or immersive installations. We're transparent about costs from the start—if something doesn't fit your budget, we'll tell you upfront and suggest alternatives.

For IT: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, n8n for automation, various AI/ML integrations. For AV: TouchDesigner, Resolume, DMX/lighting control, custom sensor integrations. For Media: Ableton, Pro Tools, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D. We're tool-agnostic though—we pick what's right for the project.

Yes. We can host applications on our managed infrastructure or deploy to your preferred cloud provider (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.). We offer ongoing maintenance packages that include updates, monitoring, and a set number of support hours per month.

Seriously. We follow security best practices including encrypted communications, secure credential management, and access controls. For projects handling sensitive data, we'll discuss specific compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.) during discovery and build accordingly.

We're based in Brevard County, Florida. We work with clients locally and remotely—most of our collaboration happens over video calls and shared workspaces. For AV installations and live events, we travel to client sites as needed.

Both. We've helped early-stage startups build their first MVPs and worked with established companies on enterprise integrations. What matters more than company size is having a clear vision and realistic expectations about scope and budget.

That's common, and it's fine. We offer paid discovery engagements where we help you define requirements, evaluate options, and create a roadmap. Sometimes the best outcome is clarity on what NOT to build—that saves you money and time.
